The terms that apply when you buy a TURSAN power station from NIXDIN, whether through this website or over WhatsApp.

These terms apply to purchases from NIXDIN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (RC 9435809), 22 Idoluwo Street, Lagos Island, Lagos State, Nigeria. By placing an order with us you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Warranty and Returns policies, which form part of these terms.
Technical specifications are provided by the manufacturer, TURSAN. Model names such as “5kW” describe the product class; exact output, capacity and weight figures are listed on each product page. Photographs are representative and finishes may vary slightly between production batches.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we confirm your order by SMS, email or WhatsApp. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery address falls outside our coverage, or we cannot verify the details provided.
You may pay online by card or Paystack at checkout, or choose Payment on Delivery and pay by cash or bank transfer when your order arrives. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Orders of ₦300,000 or more can also be paid in instalments — 30% at checkout and the balance within 60 days, using a free NIXDIN account — under our Payment Plan Terms. Instalment orders are delivered only once paid in full. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Delivery is free within Lagos State. Deliveries elsewhere in Nigeria are available for a fee, confirmed with you before dispatch. Delivery timescales are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please inspect your unit before accepting delivery.
Our products carry a 2-year warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. Your rights to return or cancel are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Nigerian consumer law.
You can create a NIXDIN account with your email or by continuing with Google. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, misuse of promotions, or in breach of these terms.
After delivery we may ask you to review your purchase. Reviews should be honest and based on your own experience. We never pay for positive reviews, and we do not remove genuine reviews because they are negative. Reviews posted on other platforms, such as Google, follow that platform’s own rules.
Important. These are electrical products. To keep your warranty valid and to stay safe:
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, overloading, unauthorised repair, or installation by an unqualified person.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or lost income. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
The NIXDIN name, logo, website content and photography belong to NIXDIN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. TURSAN and related product marks belong to the manufacturer. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve issues with you directly first.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
