The small files we use to keep your cart working, power our live chat, and measure our advertising — and how to switch them off.

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used or measure our advertising. We also use browser storage, which works in a similar way.
We keep this list short and accurate. These are the only technologies running on nixdin.com:
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| cart, wishlist | NIXDIN | Remembers the items you add so your basket survives page changes. Strictly necessary. | Until cleared |
| tidio_state_* | Tidio | Keeps your live chat conversation open as you move around the site. Functional. | Session / persistent |
| PHPSESSID | NIXDIN | Keeps you signed in to your account and protects checkout. Strictly necessary. | Until you close your browser or sign out |
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) | Measures whether our adverts led to visits and lets us show adverts to people who viewed our products. Advertising — only set if you accept. | Up to 90 days |
| _ga / _ga_* | Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows us which pages and products people look at, so we can improve the site. Analytics — only set if you accept. | Up to 2 years |
| _clck / _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Shows us, in anonymised form, how visitors scroll and click so we can fix confusing pages. Text you type is masked. Analytics — only set if you accept. | Up to 2 years |
| _gcl_au / _gcl_ls | Google Ads | Measures whether our Google adverts led to visits and orders. Advertising — only set if you accept. | Up to 90 days |
| nx_cookie_consent | NIXDIN | Remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking. Strictly necessary. | 12 months |
To keep the site fast we load fonts, icons and images from Google Fonts, unpkg, Cloudflare and Cloudinary. These do not set advertising cookies, but those providers do receive your IP address as part of delivering the file.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising cookies from any company other than Meta and Google. If your browser still holds older cookies from a previous version of this website, they are no longer used or read by us — you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
