From order to doorstep in four simple steps.
We send orders to every state by trusted inter-state bus (waybill) from Lagos. The shipping fee depends on your region and is added automatically at checkout:
Lagos delivery is always free, including solar panels. Solar panels outside Lagos: add ₦5,000 per panel to the regional fee above, as panels are large (about 2.3m long) and fragile glass, so they need extra packing and handling. This is added automatically at checkout.
Payment is made in full before dispatch — card, Paystack or bank transfer. Pay on Delivery is available in Lagos only.
Once your order is loaded, we WhatsApp you the waybill details and park contact. Collect it at the bus park in your city — usually 3–5 business days in total, depending on your state. Check the box at the park before you leave; if there's visible damage, take photos and contact us within 72 hours.
Free delivery across Lagos State — Island, Mainland, Lekki, Ikeja, Surulere, Ikorodu, and everywhere in between. Outside Lagos: we deliver to all 36 states and the FCT — see Outside Lagos above.
Pay online by card or Paystack at checkout, or choose Payment on Delivery (Lagos only) and pay by cash or bank transfer when your order arrives. With Pay on Delivery you don't pay until the unit is in your hands and you're satisfied.
We use WhatsApp and email as our primary tracking channel. You'll receive updates when your order is confirmed and dispatched. Business hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 8:30am–7pm WAT.
If you're unavailable, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. A second attempt is free. After a third failed attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you pay in instalments, your order is reserved for you and dispatched once the final payment is made. Delivery times above start from the day your plan is fully paid; Lagos delivery stays free. See our Payment Plan Terms.
If your order arrives with visible damage, do not accept delivery. Document the damage with photos/video and contact NIXDIN within 72 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. For product faults discovered after delivery, see our Warranty Policy or Returns Policy.
