Who We Are

NIXDIN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (RC 9435809) supplies TURSAN portable power stations and home backup batteries in Nigeria. Our registered address is 22 Idoluwo Street, Lagos Island, Lagos State. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

Information We Collect

  • Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email when you place an order.
  • Enquiries — messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or our website chat.
  • Website usage — pages viewed, products browsed, items added to cart, plus your approximate location, device and browser type.
  • Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Account details — if you create an account: your name, email and a securely encrypted password, or, if you choose “Continue with Google”, the name and email Google shares with us. Your account also stores your saved cart, order history and warranty records.
  • Referrals — if you take part in Refer & Earn, your referral code and the orders that used it, so we can issue rewards.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how our site is used.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our adverts perform and to show relevant adverts to people who have visited our site. It collects pages viewed, products you looked at and items added to your cart, and shares this with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Google Analytics & Google Ads. We use Google Analytics to see which pages and products people view, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our Google adverts. Google receives similar website-usage data to Meta.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you tap Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from our Cookie Policy.

You can control how your data is used for advertising in your Facebook Ad Preferences, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop the cart from working correctly.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, confirm and deliver your order
  • To respond to enquiries and provide warranty support
  • To run your account, including order tracking, warranty records and Refer & Earn rewards
  • To send order updates, review requests and, if you have subscribed, occasional offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To improve our products, pricing and website
  • To measure and improve our advertising
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run the business:

  • Delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can reach you.
  • Payment providers — to process card and transfer payments securely.
  • Meta Platforms — website activity via the Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement.
  • Google — website activity via Google Analytics and Google Ads, and sign-in details if you use “Continue with Google”.
  • Email provider (Brevo) — your name and email, to send order updates, account emails and, if you subscribe, our newsletter.
  • Tidio — messages you send through our website live chat.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to do so.

International Transfers

Some of the services we use — including Meta, Google, Brevo and Tidio — store data on servers outside Nigeria. Where this happens we rely on those providers’ contractual and security safeguards, as permitted under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

How Long We Keep It

Order and warranty records are kept for the length of the 2-year warranty plus any period required by Nigerian tax law. Enquiry messages are kept while your query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Website analytics data is retained according to Meta’s and Google’s standard retention periods. Account data is kept while your account is active, and you can ask us to close it at any time.

Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 you may ask us to:

  • Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop using your data for marketing
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can access it.

Children

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised.
