REFUND & RETURN POLICY
NIXDIN accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
Products must be:
– In original, unused or lightly tested condition
– In original packaging with all accessories
– Free from physical damage
– Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return

3. Ship product back (customer pays return shipping unless defective)
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Arrived damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll provide:
– Free replacement, or
– Full refund including shipping costs
Warranty
2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covers:
– Manufacturing defects
– Battery or component failures
– Performance issues under normal use
Not Covered:
– Physical damage, water damage, or misuse
– Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Refund Timeline
– Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive return
– Bank Reflection: 5-10 business days
